Puppy Yoga

Come join us at 44 fitness and martial arts for an all skill level relaxing yoga, stretch, and mobility class featuring lofi beats and… did we mention puppies?!
The class will cost $25 and all proceeds will go to help one of our favorite animal rescues, Hope Safe House. All animals are available for adoption.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water. We’ll provide the yoga AND doggies.
